The upkeep of the hotel was not good. It was a bit run down and smelly. The room itself was fine, bed was comfortable. The lobby, halls, elevator, and parking lot needed some upkeep.

When we got to our room it smelled like cigarette smoke and the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall. I went straight back downstairs and the lady at the desk quickly moved us to another room. That room was great. Clean hotel. Breakfast was good. The hotel is a little old, but clean and great for a couple night’s stay.

I got locked in the bathroom by pool. Family called someone who came and couldn’t find key. He was extremely rude and told my family to call 911. He rudely stated this is NOT his hotel. My family pushed on the door as I pulled, the lock turned, and I was then able to come out. Your cleaning staff was amazing.

Room smelled like mold/mildew. There was black mold or mildew all over the bathroom fan. The carpet was stained. I found trash from previous travelers. Water was brown. We had to brush our teeth with bottled water. The ac was really loud so didn’t rest well at all. The only positive was the beds were comfortable and front desk staff were nice. I will definitely not be staying here again.
