"I always worry about booking a place that isn't run by a Superhost, or a hotel. You never know what you walking into, and whether there is anyone who can help. We arrived at 6:30pm. Lots of day light left, so no issues finding the place, or getting in. The WiFi was down, and we needed a blanket. Called the support phone number at 7pm. The answering service took a message. At 9am the next day (after we'd left, and been on the road for an hour) we got a text asking if we still needed help. Turns out support is only available 9-5. Service is 0 stars, the unit itself was clean, though some of the furniture in the bedroom looked like it suffered storm damage and was warped and cracked and should be replaced. Found a flyer for the unit, apparently its for sale. "
