"Everything was great, loved our stay here but our drink vouchers were accidentally tossed to the trash by the staff, and accidents happen but when we tried to tell a women at the front desk reception, she was very rude saying it’s not their fault and that their staff wouldn’t throw the vouchers away. ..."
