"Fantastic property. So peaceful and the food is magnificent. Nagpal’s has just opened on the ground floor of the hotel, and the options for vegetarian food are endless. It’s my second visit since October 2025 and I will be staying here again for Diwali in 2026. "

"The room conditions were below acceptable standards. There were numerous mosquitoes, which made it very difficult to rest comfortably. Surprisingly, there was no mirror in the bedroom, which is a basic amenity one would expect at this price point. Additionally, there were issues with the as some lights would not turn off properly, which was both inconvenient and frustrating during the night. The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff, who were polite and helpful throughout. Overall, this experience did not justify the price paid."

"The overalll experience was very good.O ur kids had a great time at mini zoo and we all enjoyed our stay very much .The food and service at the Tangra restaurant was very good however they are only providing us with bottled water only which is priced at Rs 450 a bottle and they don't serve normal water which I found very very wrong considering that it's a standard norml in India to provide normal water along with bottled one .I was only left with the choice to either buy the Rs 450 bottle or take my child to the Brick room( main buffet restaurant) which is highly unacceptable.They definitely need to rectify this."

"We had an amazing stay here. The breakfast in particular had such an amazing selection and I would like to thank the chef who always made an effort to speak to the guests during breakfast and make us feel welcomed, even made us a special cake for us for our last day at the hotel. The quality of the food was 10/10 and we particularly like that you could order omelette or dosa how you wanted and they would make it for you. The kindness showed by all the staff really stood out to me and I would definitely recommend staying here. The hotel was very clean & well maintained. "
