"I am in this room now. 1:30 am. I was so tired when I arrived. I put on the heat and noticed right away all in the room was one sheet per bed. Okay. It’s Fla I can deal with it and l will put the heat up a little bit. I wake up a few hours later. It is freezing cold. Heat doesn’t work. Toilet doesn’t flush. I asked where the ice was. No ice. I am a single female. It is 1:30 am I am not leaving this room. I hand towel in the bathroom. Concrete floors. Dirty. I do not know how this place is...
