Just an average 2.5-3 star hotel.

Nice friendly reception staff, speak Thai with a little bit of English/Mandarin language.
ROOM
Provided Free 2 bt drinking water, toiletries ie; 2 pcs shampoo sachet, 2 pcs sachet bar soap. Note: No disposable toothbrush & slippers provided.
Room NOT sound proof, can hear clearly when hotel quest passes by and when chambermaid phone rings.
LOCATION
Near walking distance to Odean Mall, Central Mall & Lee Garden Plaza. Area also known as Walking Street. A 15 mins walk down from hotel lead to Kim Yong market..inexpensive clothing, processed food packaging pdt & numerous fruit types.
OVERALL...just an average hotel if you're not fussy. Reasonable room rates..what can you expect further.

location convenient,strategic
Expedia given hotel id reference different than expedia give me booking confirmation make my check in delay.expedia also make the hotel staff confuse y the reference is differ with client differ. Overall all ok,bed very conformtable,outside easy get tuk tuk & food stall. walking 5-7min can reach lee garden plaza, Other the water volume not strong, we can hear people take outside the room.

Easy check in , clean room and very near to town, with food and convenience store nearby and most importantly health massage just around the hotel and that's about it

Clean and nice hotel, helpful staff!
The hotel is just one street away with Lee Garden Tourist Point. The maps pointed at wrong location. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Definitely will back to this hotel again!

Hotel staff not able to find out our booking via expedia initially and told us to expedia support. But after we insist them to recheck and recheck, finally they found it. The experience is terrible In the future, how can i trust the on line booking ?

It was good. Room was clean and AC was cold. Everything is good, except for the reseptionist. Their english is bad. I did change 3 times for a double bed room, but they keep gave me a twin bedroom.

what u paid what u get.
i booked 2 room, one of the room no.407, door of the toilet damage,cannot close.
if u are travelling with family is just small matter.
location very near with Lee Garden.
Deposit 1000 thai batt for hair dryer.
Reception will request to keep 1 passport for 1 room u rent.

although hotel.com not done his job properly(didnt send the id to the hotel)..but the person in charge are very kindness.....i book 10 room but just reservation only 8 room....lucky have somebody cancel the booking ..othewise the fully booking condition ..i need to find other place ..
beside...after check out for nextday...i just realised my gold earring is put on table.....but lucky can find it finally....really thankful to the person in charge....
for hotel.com...i really disappointed for the services..and i need to make a intenational call for them to request the room id....hope may be can have a wechat call..whatapps call or fb call for convenience...
