Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly! Santiago’s had great atmosphere! Love the pool and bar area and just steps to the beach. Loved that they set up umbrella and chairs on the beach for us to rent. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Excellent location, room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold food. It was second only to Embassy Suites in breakfast included hotels.

Our stay was perfect in San Agustín and as for the resort the location was very good and the apartment was clean, the beds comfortable but needs minor maintenance, the towel rack was broken, the heater door fell and other small details, otherwise everything was fine.
