The breakfast room is large and luxurious and the staff are attentive and friendly. It's a great start to the day. Although we notified reception, there was no heating in our bedroom and bathroom for the last 24 hours. It was very cold. The compensation of £20 off the £120 room rate was quite underwhelming.
