"DARRELL WAS FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE ON ARRIVAL. OUR SECOND STAY HERE AND ALWAYS ENJOY. THIS TIME WE HAD THE JOY OF PLAYING ON THE FULL SIZE SNOOKER TABLE."

There is no reception but check in was very simple and phone correspondence was very good and couldn't do enough to help, very courteous.
