Hassfurt Hotels

"Ich war bereits zum zweiten mal dort. Was ja bedeutet, dass ich nach dem ersten Aufenthalt insgesamt zufrieden war. Die Schwächen des Hotels waren mir also durchaus bewusst. Am ersten Tag hatte ich morgens zwei kleine Wünsche geäussert. Bei meiner Rückkehr gegen 21.30 Uhr mußte ich aber feststellen, dass die nicht erledigt wurde. Da die Rezeption aber noch bis 22 Uhr besetzt war konnte das noch erledigt werden. Aber insgesamt hatte die Dame letztlich insgesamt einen unprofessionellen Eindruck...

"Das Resort war sehr schön. Es war von der Unhöflichkeit des Personals überschattet, vor allem bei der Dame an der Rezeption, kein Lächeln, keine Begrüßung, keinerlei Serviceorientierung. Auch im Restaurant war Freundlichkeit ein Fremdwort. Schade, denn das Ambiente versprach eigentlich mehr."

"Never received a door code. When you get there, there is more information at the door, but that's completely useless once there. Vanue says they send the code, but don't respond to any request to confirm the phone number they send it to and they don't provide any proof of sending it. Only got one very rude mail from them in German (after contacting them in English) saying they sent the code by text. In the end we had to find a different place to stay. Don't boom. They're scammers."
