"We stayed at this property for 10 days and was offered the room in the village and was in walking distance to the beach and salt water pool. The room that we were initially placed in was very spacious with a loungeroom and contained sandstone feature walls and ceilings which were not sealed and bits of sandstone was falling everywhere including on the bed, floor and on the lounge. After informing the property manager (Rola) about this, she was happy to move us to the room next door. This also had feature walls and ceilings but there was not one over the bed however the dust was still falling from the ceiling but not as bad as the other room. We received breakfast in our room every morning at whatever time we nominated which consisted of boiled eggs, labneh, cucumber sticks, olives, bread rolls and manoush. This was very filling and kept us full for most of the day. Room was very spacious with a loungeroom and TV, room was cleaned every day with fresh towels, bottled water replenished daily, a fridge and coffee machine in the room. Rola was very friendly and happy to attend promptly to anything we needed and asked for. I would recommend this property however the only thing I was disappointed with was the falling bits of sandstone from the ceiling. They need to fix this problem."

"We booked this hotel several months in advance through Expedia, with a prepaid reservation. When we arrived, the front desk claimed they could not find our booking and refused to honor it, even after we showed our confirmation email, reservation number, and identification. To make matters worse, they offered us another room at much higher rate than our original booking. Expedia attempted to contact the hotel for support, but the property ignored all inquiries. Travelers beware. I cannot recommend this hotel. "

Despite being in a peaceful, elevated location, the hotel is just quick ride away from the charming old town. We spent our days exploring its historic streets, then returned to the serenity of the hotel in the evenings. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated with high-end finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the scenery. The service was impeccable—professional yet warm, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooftop pool and spa were highlights, offering luxury and relaxation with a view you won’t forget. Dining on-site was equally impressive, with fresh local cuisine and a stylish ambiance. Whether you’re here for romance, relaxation, or culture, this hotel delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return!"

"This boutique hotel is charming from the minute you step into its garden gate. The staff is welcoming, very helpful and attentive to all our needs and more. The whole place, our room, amenities, attention to detail and the breakfast was to die for. The daily breakfast was fabulous. The sweetest lady chef and helpers prepared our omelets, fresh oregano pies, and special tea to perfection and much more. The bowl of fruits the day we arrived awaited us in our room and next day a bowl of cherries 🍒 was delivered to our room after we arrived in the afternoon. We loved the room & little balcony that overlooked the church and port, the jacuzzi deck and view, and the lovely staff made it all even better. The male gentleman at the front desk Maroun also procured our ride back to Beirut the night before for a reasonable fare. We will be back and highly recommend this gem to family and friends. 5 star :)"
