"The hotel is competitively priced. Food was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located with good facilities. The room was a bit tired and could have done with a refresh. Apart from that it was worth staying."

"We had a wonderful 4 night stay as a family of 4. Breakfast was great, but would say the staff needs to check the coffee machine and Nutella to make sure they are refilled timely. The room was clean and spacious and our room had Air Con and was working great! Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room tidy. The hotel is in a great location, and within walking distances to the retail parks. As it was August when we stayed, they had weddings on and parking can be difficult. Thank you for the check in cookies!"

"Great location for airport with shuttle service. Italian restaurant onsite fantastic as was spa facilities. I didn’t think breakfast was value for money unless you like large portions of lukewarm sausages etc. staff excellent and helpful. Our room was very dated and on basement level so dark and quite noisy from bathroom pipes. Overall a good choice for overnight stay."
