Harz hotel rooms a the Independent

"Good breakfast. Nice clean room. Wood have been great service, if the told us, it was posible to get coffeemaker at the room when We checket in👍 And some of the hotel was Closer during day and after 22. Needed a placer We all 4 were Abel to sit. "

"OK accommodation, but too expensive for what it is. Strange policies with 10am checkout and €10 per hour to extend - no towels at pool (you have to rent a bag with towels for €5). Breakfast was good. But all in all it should be cheaper."

"The concierge seemed very annoyed to help us, especially when we didn't know German. He kept throwing up his hand and said no English and I don't know. I tried to use a translator app but he didn't want to use it..instead he asked the guests behind us to translate. It felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. It was a shocking experience for us. We have never experience such an inappropriate interaction before. It left a bad impression for us. This is not the best hotel to visit if you don't speak German or want friendlier service. "

"Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Allerdings ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Man kann jeden hören der im Gang langgeht. Das war kein Problem weil nachts niemand umhergelaufen ist, aber es ist mir morgens aufgefallen als alle zum Frühstück gegangen sind."
