"(background) I've stayed at the Best Western in Gonzales (Tx) several times over the past 15+ years. This stay (for Christmas 2025) was good with the room being good and the shower being very good."

"Food and God only knows what else caked on the bed spreads. Cockroaches came home in our luggage!!!!!! We left a day early. Heard a guy come in the lobby and ask new linens for the bed because there was URINE on his!!!! The manager acted as though the man wad making it up!! There weren’t even phones in the rooms to call the front desk or 911 if the cockroaches overtook us!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING place!!!!"
