"Excellent stay! Gorgeous facilities, friendly staff, excellent food and drink available! The outdoor hot tub was the perfect temperature. The balcony overlooking the trees and with a view of the mountains was top notch. Only issue is upon check-out I wasn’t told I would still need my room key to leave the underground parking. Usually, you scan to get in only, and when you leave, the doors are simply motion detecting. Thus, I gave both keys back at the front desk and was stuck inside the underground. I called the front desk, they said they’d send someone down in 5 minutes. I waited about 15 before another guest had to leave the hotel and let me follow them out. So, if you plan to use underground parking, keep one key with you! There is a slot to roll down your window and drop it in after you exit. All in all, had a lovely time and will for sure be staying again "

"The views around are amazing and it is set in a great location. Although we didn’t have a car the parking was convenient for those travelling by road. There is a free shuttle bus into town which we made the most of. Many of the tour companies will pick up from this resort, which was useful."
