"Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Amenities are shared with the Ambassador Hotel across the street and are awesome — a convenience store area, a cafe, a bar, and a free shuttle. Free breakfast was great and the Apple TVs in rooms are perfect for streaming. Room was very comfortable. Shuttle makes it easy to get to American Family Field, and though the area between the hotel and the ballpark gets a bit sketchy at points, it’s walkable as well. Loved my stay."

"I stayed in the 4th floor. The elevator call button did not work. I had to walk downstairs for my entire stay. My room was not clean. Even upon request. The door needed to be vacuumed, the room had ants, the coffee machine and refrigerator both did not work."

"The room smelled heavily of moth balls upon entering, t. The front desk was not the nicest and the outdoor pool was closed, for no particular reason or warning at check in. Despite that people were in the pool later that evening after we inquired and were told we couldn't use it."
