This was our first stop after travel from the US. The hotel is in a beautiful location. The breakfast and dinner included with the room were both very good. Our room was very nice and clean.

This hotel is right on the water and had an incredible view. The breakfast buffet is really good and had several options (including gluten free). The only reason for not choosing 5 stars is because the rooms are very dated and there isn’t free parking on the property.

Top Value Hotel

Lovely hotel in great position near the water. Loved getting breakfast, afternoon tea and light dinner included. It was also excellent value. Only negative-hotel looks like it is ready for some remodelling. It’s a bit dated.

Breakfast and dinner were included, both simple but enough to satisfy me. A tour group had breakfast and they ate most of the food, staff wasn't quick enough to replenish them. My room was dark, there were at least 5 lamps in the room which I had to turn on most of them. Laundry (washer & dryer) was 50kr total. Free parking weekends only.

Byens beste service!

Jeg ble veldig positivt overrasket over standarden på rommet ettersom det var helt nyoppusset, og ikke mørkt innredet med teppegulv som på bildene på hotels.com. Jeg har astma, og forskjellen på teppegulv og parkett er veldig stor for meg. Rommet var godt rengjort, madrassen hadde perfekt mykhet, sengetøyet kjentes friskt og rent, og luftsirkulasjonen/ inneklimaet var friskt uten å bli kaldt. Det blir derfor enkelt å velge hotell Arcticus for min neste mastersamlingreise til Harstad! Jeg har tidligere prøvd byens andre hoteller og opplever at de har lavere grad av service, svakere frokosttilbud og dårligere inneklima.

Hadde et bra opphold på hotelle . Men puten i senga var ikke så gode , kunne vært bedre . Maten var ok . Men savnet stekt egg. Kunne og hadd litt bedre mat på en lørdag til middag , noe ekstra godt , ikke vanlig kværdags mat . Ellers var alt greit å bra .
