Excellent location, warm and cosy rooms. Modern decor. Excellent bar and restaurant in the hotel. Parking at the hotel is limited but we left on a free disc zone just a couple of minutes walk away. Fabulous breakfast with a beautiful view from the sky bar.

The room was spacious and stylish. The bed was too firm for me. The bathroom was spotless. Food and service in the Bistro was very good and good value. The breakfast was almost perfect. Scrambled eggs and salmon was very tasty but the plates were not hot. The coffee in the machine was also just ...

Classic Lodges The Old Swan Hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff. They accommodated us early, with one of the two rooms I had booked. This allowed us to drop off luggage and booked in, then go straight off to attend a wedding at another venue. It was very helpful. Thank you.
