"Very professional and helpful staff on arrival and room ready early. Room was spacious clean and plenty of pillows etc if required. The cleaning staff couldn't do enough for us,we asked and it was done straight away, extremely helpful and Breakfast was top notch ?? A vast selection of hot and cold food? even for the very fussy. As my wife is disabled,we arranged a parking space prior to arrival. Everything was like a dream, when we arrived a space was ready for us, room was ready to and the check in staff was brilliant."

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff are very welcoming and very helpful. The big bonus was being allowed to park my car early on the check-in day and check in later. Absolutely fantastic service. Many thanks. Will definitely consider using again even Harrogate"

"Lovely hotel, in a great location to explore Harrogate. All staff very friendly and helpful. We had bed, breakfast and evening meal. The evening meal was extremely poor in quality. The breakfast was lovely. It was a very hot day and evening, so was really difficult without air conditioning. Overall it was a nice hotel but next time we would just stay for bed and breakfast."
