"This is an older facility, but from what I was told, the owners are making changes and doing some upgrades. The room and bathroom were both clean and it was quiet. The bath towels were big and fluffy. It is one story, and you are able to park outside of your room. There is a pet fee, but it was more reasonable than others in the area, and there are grassy areas to potty your dogs. There are restaurants nearby and also a Walmart. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay there...

"The staff were incredibly rude and not helpful. There were many reservations that did not have the correct type of rooms Breakfast was not filled consistently and quit serving earlier than what we were told the hours were. The room had garbage in it still and the lotions, body wash and shampoos were not filled. There was not any bedding in the rooms for the pull outs. The elevator quit working and was broken for 2/3 night stays. There were multiple vehicles with trailers behind them that took up multiple spaces so there was no where to park in the lot."

"The room was outdated and looked worn. Some of the outlets didn't work and the ac was practically worthless. We asked for a roll out bed, but we were told the hotel doesn't furnish those. We also asked for a fan to make the room more tolerable, but they couldn't furnish that either. No wonder this place had rooms available close to Memorial Day."

"Unfortunately as soon as I checked in I checked out ...Traveled 12 hours from Ohio got to the room close to midnight with my 3 children get checked in head to room no elevators tugging luggage upstairs all to walk into a room with roaches running rapid before I could get my phone out to record they ran underneath tje beds and the lamps on the table we immediately went downstairs to check out and notify the rude Indian man at the front desk who said we were lying and became very belligerent amd unprofessional in front of my 3 children remind you we just got off the road tired and just wanted to go to bed, Thankfully I was in town for a family reunion and my mom lived 20 miles away and we stayed there now I'm out of 298.00 and have to fight to get it refunded...please do yourself a favor and neverrrr look this places way unless you wanna leave with roaches"

"I would not recommend this hotel. I’d say it’s more like a $60 a night hotel however I paid way more than that. It was very dirty. The back door where you would exit doesn’t work so in the middle of the night anyone can come in to the hotel. Late at night when I went out to the car, there were multiple men in a car in the parking lot smoking weed. The hotel room smelled like dog urine. There was still food on the floor from previous tenants. The walls and facility had not been cleaned accurately there were cobwebs coming from the light fixtures. The floor felt damp and musty. It could really use a paint job and a deep cleaning. The furniture was old from the 90s and hadn’t been replaced in a long time and the rooms didn’t even have a chair for sitting in just the beds and a TV. I would write this less than one star if you could. Quality Inn needs to step in and take care of this facility."

"We prepaid for our room. We arrived late- just before midnight after a long day of travelling. When we arrived the room was not ready. The front desk seemed to be scrambling a little but said they had two open rooms. They told me it would be ten more minutes. Forty minutes later- around 1 am- we were given a room that was less than satisfactory. The manager had mentioned that it was in need of some repairs but it was the only room they had available. I needed to get my kids to sleep so I just wanted a room. The manager apologized and said the room was less than standard and since we had prepaid- he would leave a gift card for me at the front desk in the morning. So I said I’m and we went upstairs. The bed frames were dusty, the floors wet and the outlets were falling off the wall. Again- we just needed to sleep. We left early- 7:30 am and I took the keys to the front desk. The gal said you can leave them in the desk. I explained to her that the manager was supposed to leave us something. She did not care. Shrugged and said the manager would be there at 9:30. We had a tournament all day in KC. This experience was one of the poorest I have ever had. If the manager would have done what he said- I would have left it alone. But he did not. Garesh Hospitality have tarnished the Wyndham Brand which is unfortunate. I will avoid these hotels if I can given my bad experience."
