"The location is wonderful, the pools were a bit too crowded and the adult pool was too hot like a hot tub. Loved the family pool with cooler temperatures. Both pools were too shallow though. Our room was something else:) it was very clean, which is a plus. But it was so basic and outdated, we felt like we were back in 1800s…Nothing fancy, uneven floors, low popcorn ceiling, etc. I think it’s time for a little remodeling:)"

"Such a great stay here in Harrison. The hotel was clean and organized, we could tell it had been recently renovated. The building was well kept and the staff were very kind. They even got us a complimentary champagne bottle for our 3 year anniversary! My one complaint was that the staff had told me over the phone that we had access to the pools next door at the resort until 11pm but that was not the case, which was unfortunate. Next door there was also construction that started at 8:45am and woke us up but that wasn't the hotels fault. I would recommend this hotel to everyone because it was overall a beautiful experience :)"

"Had a great stay here! Hannah is absolutely amazing! I was unwell after my flight and needed to stay an extra night. She was caring and great with helping us book an extra night last minute and kept us in the same room so I wouldn’t have to move over luggage while feeling unwell. The room was also great and very clean. Close to lots of businesses and the highway too which is nice, but there’s no highway noise in the rooms. I would for sure stay here again!"

"The place has character, quite old, no elevator, smells musty but in a classic way vs. decaying way. The hallways upstairs had a strong chemical cleaner smell. The room itself was very small but adequate for my solo 2 night stay. The room and sheets were clean. There was a TV but I had no idea what was included or what was free to watch. There was a small pod coffee maker with 2 pods and some powdered creamer and sugars, but again I had no idea if I would be charged to make them. I tried to phone the number for assistance but it went to the answering machine. I could be wrong but it seemed like there is nobody working there after a certain time. The bathroom was clean and stocked, there were no smells coming through the shower drain. Water pressure and hot water were adequate, however the sink was very slow to drain. The toilet appeared partially clogged on first flush but seemed to clear up on the second flush. The flush handle needed to be jiggled because I noticed after a while it was draining and filling constantly. Windows in the bedroom and bathroom offering no view whatsoever which I didn't care about. I had trouble closing the bathroom window fully. I may have been able to do so with more force but was worried about damage and noise so I left it. The room isn't very sound proof. In summary, this is a very no-frills room, which was fine for my needs, and the cost wasn't overly ridiculous."
