"It's my fault for not realizing the balconies facing the river are also located above the highway. I was not able to sit outside in the night or morning due to the insane traffic noise. Again, my fault for not researching more. Paid a premium rate for the room and couldn't even use it. "

"Room smelled like cigarettes when we arrived, the hotel charged my card an additional 100 dollars accusing us of smoking in the room. When I called to discuss with the desk they were extremely rude and I told them we never smoked in the room because none of us are smokers and she immediately decided to be rude and hang up on me. Then claimed they have no management on duty and refused to help remedy this situation. Overall the hotel was not very clean we saw ants in a few spots."
