"Our large group (16) had an excellent stay here. The front desk staff was very kind and attentive, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great and had several variations day-to-day (a surprise to us). The lighting in the rooms is also very nice, with several features to change the mood of the room, and the beds are cozy. Some minor yet negligible downsides include several unpowered charging ports, however, there were enough of them working to accommodate all of our phones and laptops. Some of our rooms had key card issues, but they were quickly resolved by the front desk! Overall we had an excellent stay, especially considering the price, and we would highly recommend any family or group staying in the Harrisburg area to consider the Holliday Inn Express!"

"Everything worked well in the room. The desk clerk was friendly and even out me in a room further away from a family that just arrived with several children, she was concerned the children would be rowdy and keep me awake. That is service over and above. Thank you!"

"The young lady at the registration desk was very nice and helpful.. thumbs up to her. The property was a little weathered and dated! The game room looked nothing like the picture!! Our room was ok. Asked for a first floor ended up on the second floor! My BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THE BATHROOM!! GARAGE WAS NEVER EMPTIED THERE WAS A USED BAR OF SOAP IN THE BATHTUB WHICH TELLS ME NO ONE EVER CLEANED IT!! "

"This was a very nice clean place to stay. There didn’t seem to be too many places in walking distance. Breakfast for the most part was good. The juices however tasted like they were water down. OJ was not. It may be the brand they use. There was a variety of items to choose from. The mini fridge was a pain because you had to yank on it to open because it’s inside a cabinet that doesn’t properly fit it. The cabinet hinges stop it from opening and closing. Staff was nice and polite. "

"The pool room was the most disgusting pool& hot tub i have ever seen. The doors were covered in rust Pool- water was a murky Grey and debris floating around. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a long time. Hot Tub- same as the pool. I had to tell my children it was shut down because it was so gross. DO BETTER FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE PURCHASING ROOMS AND EXPECT TO RELAX IN A POOL AND NOT A SWAMP."
