"When I went to the front desk this morning at 4:30 AM to catch my shuttle that I had reserved, I was informed that the shuttle driver had called in sick and there was no ride to the airport for me. When I asked what my alternatives were, the front desk clerk said I might have a guy, I can call him and see if he’s awake, but you’ll have to pay for it. I said if I’m paying, I’ll just call an Uber. I asked if the hotel would reimburse me she said no. She was not apologetic, or helpful and actually fairly rude considering my situation, left without a ride and no advance notice. Don’t trust the Airport Shuttle advertisement at this hotel. Stay somewhere more reputable."
