"Sind ein bisschen enttäuscht. Waren jetzt schon siebte mal in Harrachov und von Pension Rotunda haben wir etwas mehr erwartet. Am ersten - Betten sind schrecklich. Man hat Gefühl, man schläft nicht auf die Matratze, sondern auf die Holzbretter😟. Bettwäsche, mit Haaren 😖. Einrichtung selber Uralt, teilweise kaputte Sachen. In Kommode lagen noch die Wäsche (bestimmt von vorherigen Gästen) 😟. Wir waren in Dachgeschoss. Zimmer sind sehr eng, so wie Bad - es ist vielleicht 1mx1,5m und da ist...

"Tolle Familie, die das Hotel führt. Hundefreundlich, einfach aber sauber, hausgemachte Suppen und Speisen, richtig lecker. Ein paar Meter von Fluss Kamenice, aus dem Hotel raus und gleich in den Wald gehen können. Alles in Harrachov ( Seilbahn, Sommerrodelbahn, Wasserfall, fußläufig erreichbar. Wie kommen wieder. "The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though it would have only taken us one more minute to leave.I was also surprised that parking is charged separately and not included in the price of the stay."
