"The air conditioning not working. In room feeling hot, so we have to open the window sometime. When we eat something after, we bin the bag or beer tins will come up more ant. Even room service cleaned the room after, they are still walking around the garbage can."

The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. ..."
