"The amenities are poor. Coffee in the room had to be made with a bag similar to a tea bag. The creamer currdled. The beds were nice. The bar was loud so we couldn’t talk at all. Water was served in a cheap plastic cup. The grounds were pretty, but I won’t return."

"The place is obviously old but it’s well maintained. The AC/heater was hit or miss. Parking was adequate. Close access to Embarcadero and all the good shops and restaurants. The guy in the front asked us if we needed room upkeep in the morning and we said yes. Only the towels were replaced, the bed, ..."
