"Stayed here during ECU family weekend to avoid the high prices in Greenville. 45 minute drive but a straight shot to campus. Room could use a little more attention to detail in terms of cleaning. Areas could be seen that hadn't been dusted in a long time, like the top of the headboard and lamps. Furniture was a bit beat up. Room was very quite and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent, not great. Bathrooms were very small and tub/ shower combos feel outdated, which I know can't be helped at this point. Overall good value for the money. Would stay again."

"The room was clean, and the entire hotel was very well maintained. The washer and dryer were clean and appeared almost brand new. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond, even providing toothpaste and deodorant for guests who forgot or ran out of essentials. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel also offers coffee and fresh fruit throughout the day for guests to enjoy. A special thank you to Kristen at the front desk. She is outstanding and truly made our stay even more enjoyable! I highly recommend this hotel, especially for prospective ECU students and parents visiting their college children. The location is extremely convenient, with the campus just minutes away and plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby. It was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return."

"The hotel front desk - Chance was super nice and friendly. The breakfast bar attendant - Millie, was very nice and Millie kept the breakfast bar full and clean. Mille would assist guests as needed, such as making their waffles for them and even taking the finished waffle to the guest. The breakfast bar had a nice variety of items to choose from. One side note: there needs to be a sign or something to let other guests know this a "shared" breakfast bar and they should not hog the whole bar by spacing their chosen items all along the bar and blocking other guests from utilizing it. This was a repeated numerous times by the same set of guests. The housekeeping was whole different story for us. While they were friendly when we talked to them and were accommodating in providing towels. However, the whole time we were there, 3 days, our room was never cleaned. I check when we arrived to verify there was daily housekeeping and new towels each day. The used/wet towels were never removed, the trash cans were never emptied and the beds were never straighten up. We did not request for them "not" to do the normal housekeeping. Upon check-out this was brought to the front desk as an issue. Definitely not what I would and have expected from this brand."
