"Stayed here for two nights with my husband and 17 year old son. We stayed in the triple room which is basically three single mattresses on a slightly raised frame with a hallway at the foot to the bathroom. It is VERY basic, the pictures online do reflect it accurately. To find the room was a quite a maze, it's a deceptively large hotel. You feel like you are underground as there are no windows in the whole place but actually we were on the 7th floor.
When we arrived there were bags of garbage piled outside our room as well as a discarded suitcase which took about 24 hours to disappear. There are minimal staff onsite but they were helpful with the check in process on the tablet. There is no bottle filling station in the hotel (which would be a great addition!) but the tap water in the bathroom is potable. There are very few amenities (shampoo + body wash in the shower but no conditioner, one pillow/ mattress and unable to request extra, etc) but I guess you get what you're paying for. It was still $800+ in our local currency, so not what I would classify as super budget tbh, but I guess it was high time in London.
Wouldn't rule out staying here again, especially if we are only using our room for sleep."
