I must say I was not sure what to expect but knew the HUB area of MK so thought it would be OK. It was just great, a speedy and efficient way to self check in, everything was as they had explained in the email. the apartment and the block where clean tidy and looked after. "The room was lovely i b9oked forvmy son and his girfriend as they just got engaged, and wanted them to enjoy the lovely spa ect, a d they said it was the best thay said everything was so lovely thank you so much. The staff was frienly, the room was lovely , the gym was good the spa was amazing and they cant wait to visit again thanks again x "

"I booked this hotel for my elderly parents as my mother had a hospital appointment close by, she is quite poorly, the staff went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable ! she had a special meal cooked for her that she could eat (she has this was not on the menu and also they also made her an oatmilk porridge for breakfast) this meant so much to her as she is frightened to eat out normally. The hotel was spotless."
