Hotel Alice At Atlantic Beach
10/10 Excellent
"The first room they gave us had black ( mold? Water damage?) all over the ceiling, which I thought was unacceptable for a $250 room rate. I called the front desk, though, and she gave us another room down the hall… which was lovely. We went down to the bar later for some wine and had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a fairly new hotel and it was nice and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing that could be improved is keeping the outdoor cushions cleaner as this is a pet friendly place. Several around the pool area were dirty. Otherwise it was perfect."
A Place at the Beach

"The property is in a great location with lots of amenities, including 2 pools, a mini golf course, and activities like cornhole boards and athletic equipment you can borrow for lots of family fun. The wide beach offers plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the sun and sand. The check-in process, compared to other similar properties, is a bit of a pain, especially in the off-season when office hours are limited. Communication was plentiful but contradictory. One email I got said keys could be left in a dropbox after hours, but property staff said I had to pick them up. Getting to the room was an adventure, as there is a single elevator in each building, at one end. So... if you're carrying a lot of stuff and are staying on the 3rd floor at the other end of the building, you've got a hike on your hands. That hike takes you down a dark, dreary, and dated corridor with zero signage as to which way you should go. It left a terrible first impression. Once inside, our unit was also pretty dated. There was a tear in the linoleum, an unfinished wall where there may once have been a pocket door, carpeting (a pet peeve of mine in a beach place), and the teeniest tiniest of balconies. Parking was fine, but I can't imagine that there is enough in the busy summer season. Overall, we liked it, but I wouldn't book there again unless they did a major rennovation."

"This hotel was the nicest place I've ever stayed! upscale, modern furnishings and decor, beautiful! Clean! Within walking distance to restaurants, waterfront benches and swing, beautiful views. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again"

"The hotel was very dated and needed upgrades but was clean. parking was alittle tricky especially with a bigger vehicle since it was underneath the building. Location was excellent, very easy walk to restaurants and shops. Fairly priced Overall good experience and would stay there again."

"The Hotel is what it says. Inexpensive, old, close to near by attractions. The AC are window units and noisy. The beds are comfortable, great water pressure and HOT water. At our time the resident staff person Jeanne was awesome. It’s a great place to have a clean room and shower. Fishing, weekend rest. But if you need more I’d suggest someplace else."
