"We stayed at the Vivanta for three nights in April and loved it! The hotel is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable but what we loved most was the staff. I don’t remember being treated better at any hotel. From check in to the wait staff, hostess, manager and even the chef, we were treated like family and taken care of so well that we hated to leave. We will be back Vivanta! "

However, the only issue faced was the very low connectivity issue of mobile network NCELL. if you planning to make lot of calls during your stay then be careful in choosing room. "The room was adequate, there was only warmish water, not hot, but the staff were all friendly and helpful. The Nepali food in the restaurant was good and it is a pleasant setting. "We had quite a bad experience staying three nights at the Jungle Villa Resort. At first view, many things work well - e.g. staff are kind, facilities are nice and clean as well as location near the river with jungle on the other side is beautiful.
A large number of bad experiences with management was part of ruining the trip for us; incompetent and untrustworthy, lacking understanding of their guests.
Furthermore, the resort felt like a prison, thus enabling the place to sell mediocre...
"Intermittent power and water for three days. They had generators, but would only run them for a few hours at night. Was very hot and buggy. This hotel is actually being shut down and they are opening up a fancy waterfront hotel next door. On the bright side, our free breakfast was at their other hotel, and the wait staff and food were awesome."
