The room service executive on the very first day wasn't polite at all while taking orders as if we were asking money from him or he was a guard who was taking orders. Room conditions were pathetic. "⚠️ DO NOT BOOK — UNSAFE AND DECEPTIVE. Stayed 18–19 April 2026, booked a premium room for 3 adults via Expedia. Zero first-aid kit at a hotel with a swimming pool. My friend was bleeding from a cut on a sharp, broken pool tile — it took the hotel 40+ minutes to produce a cotton swab. If this had been a child or an elderly guest, the consequences could have been catastrophic. Separately: the Expedia listing advertised "Free Breakfast" with no opt-out — on arrival the hotel flatly refused and...
