"The hotel smells wonderful when you first enter the lobby. The staff is friendly, helpful and prompt. The rooms are clean, the water is hot in shower and beds are comfortable. Pool is nice especially if you have children with you .
If I had one thing that could use improvement is the
Bacon it is a little thin.
I recommend this Quality Inn for your stay in west Plains.Easy access, centrally located and next door to delicious Coffee, pastry , sandwich shop."

"Very nice accommodations. Very reasonable. Water very comfortable in pool and hot tub. Pool area and exercise area. Open early as posted. Excellent breakfast. Stayed on first floor. Had handicap bathroom that was very convenient. Bad very comfortable. Would definitely return if we ever had a need for a hotel in that area."
