"Did not feel safe. Pictures of rooms and outside of the hotel is not actually reality. The rooms had a terrible odor. Windows were broken in our room. The curtain was hanging off of the rodi would like a refund for defective not as described. They charged my card prior to me arriving and I selected pay at the hotel"

"To anyone considering booking, I urge you to please not book with them. There were roaches in the microwaves (all 3 rooms) feces & urine in the toilets, urine stains and pubic hair on the bed sheets, mold in the showers, tvs & wifi that did not work. We also had a power outage and were without hot water for over 12 hours (still no hot water at check out) Breakfast was not even an option for us (no hot running water) and the fact they still tried serving is a health code violation "

"This place should be condemned. Exposed electrical wires, ceiling falling in, one outlet held up with duct tape, smoke detector secured by duct tape. The parking lot looked as if it were mortared. This hotel should not be on Hotels.com. I wish I could get my money back."

"Area very sketchy. It’s in industrial area & the property is not well maintained. Carpet in elevator is unsafe and dirty. The room smelled like urine & cigarette. Bedding was dirty and stained, pillowcases were stained. The side of the Mattress was visible & had what looked like either blood or poop. "

"Stag was friendly. Overall hotel was pretty run down. Bathtub was GROSS carpet was coming up in the middle of the floor. Hotel seemed pretty empty the entire time we were there (7-8 vehicles in the lot) and they were "too booked" to allow late check out so we couldn't leave our dog kenneled some place comfortable."

"The location of the hotel was convenient. There was ample parking. The Hotel staff was friendly and check in was fast. The room was clean and comfortable. Did not take advantage of the breakfast. Overall, I would stay there again. "

"Did not bring pets or use gym. We did flip the fitted sheets which were wrong side up. Requested more hand towels since we only had one and bar soap. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. "
