"This was our 9th visit and again a wonderful vacation. The only disappointment was kids in the hot tub. They were using it as a pool jumping in and inflatables. Parents oblivious or just not caring. I think there should be an age limit unless with parents."

"The view of the ocean was terrific (the only hotel with beach access before you get to the public beaches). The hotel itself could use some updates/modernizing, but overall well-maintained."

"We enjoyed our experience for the most part. Front desk Staff were friendly and helpful. However, we had a leak coming from the ceiling in our bathroom. We called maintenance and a gentleman who didn’t speak English at all came up to the room. He pulled the light fixture down and there was water all in there. He Google translated and told us he was going to check upstairs. He NEVER came back and no one from the front desk called to let us know what was going on. We saw him in the hall later and he just said no English and walked away. The next day (yes, they still never contacted us), we were checking out. I informed the front desk and they apologized and said they would close off the room. I find it crazy that the let us stay in there with that leak but now are closing the room. Anyway, other than that it was OK."
