The view and property and its grounds are beautiful. Breakfast has so many options. The owners and staff are so helpful and friendly. You can really tell they care and want your stay to be the best it can be.

We loved our short stay at the Belle View Manor Inn! The Amelia Earhart suite was great and clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming! We highly recommend this for a nice, quiet retreat from the city.

Our room was spacious and oh so comfortable. Everyone was helpful and when we arrived late in the afternoon, tea and goodies were provided. Breakfast was tasty and nutritious. Definitely would recommend this Inn.

Great owner; great property.

Impeccable hotel property in a town that has seen better days. Owner managed, which is nice. The owner did everything, including cooking breakfast. The rooms and property are beautiful. I would definitely stay here again if i were in town.

Lovely character home B&B!!

What a gem! Lovely view to the water! Walkable to the courthouse restaurant and music venue. We were the only guests as we came during the winter months. We were upgraded to the room with a view and enjoyed sitting for tea in our window. Bed was very comfortable with lovely sheets and water was good and hot for the tub soak! So nice to have the cozy robe. There was a lovely main sitting room with books to read or games to play. The hot breakfast was served buffet style in a warmer so we could get it at our leisure, which was great. A lovely young couple who were very eager to make our stay as good as possible. Highly recommend. :-) C&G

The room was so gorgeous and beautiful! And the service and care / hospitality absolutely outstanding! Deserves a 10 star and above. The room we stayed in felt so "palatial" and was beautifully lit with such elegant touches to the decor - a huge bed with fluffy coverlets and a luxurious bath area. It was as comforting as it was elegant with silverware, fireplace, chandeliers, even! The dining area for all guests was sunlit and cheery; had wonderful food and a garden view. One truly feels the warmth and patience of the host. I totally feel guilt-ridden about what nightmare guests we were, due to several issues on our part. Only the BEST of guests is what Belle Manor deserves. Anyway I am so grateful to Belle Manor for all of its efforts and the enchanting memories it will bring to all who stay there...

What a gem to explore this part of Newfoundland. We decided to book the Honeymoon Suite (why not after 40 years of marriage). It was spacious and sumptuous. I enjoyed the hot tub just outside. Breakfasts were very good and there were always lots of snacks in case you wanted to grab something to go. Great hosts with helpful suggestions.

Upon entry to the Inn you are greated with a well cared for historic feeling space. It is well appointed and well decorated. Snacks and coffee are available most of the day and the breakfast we hardy and excellent. Staff is friendly and courteous. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Belle Vie Manor

What a lovely place to stay. I was greeted by Marlena after a long day of work. This property is well maintained and situated right in front of the water. The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. I did not have a chance to try their breakfast but they do have a snack stand available (with coffeee!!!) 24 hours. This Bed and Breakfast was a 6 minutes drive from Carbonear which was perfect for me. Thank you Marlena for a lovely stay!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I absolutely loved the property and location. The property is beautiful inside and outside. The decor is very relaxing and romantic, we were welcomed to discover the property, our room was lovely with an ocean view, there was quiet relaxing music playing downstairs, snacks and quick meals were available in the dining hall, and a wonderful breakfast was provided in a lovely dining room. The location is fantastic, safe and quiet with some beautiful views of the ocean. This is one of the more memorable stays. Thank you!

We very much enjoyed Belle View Manor. Owned by a young couple, this historic property and its grounds are beautiful and well kept. Greeted by one of the owner, the pride of this property is very evident as it should be. Cant wait to return.
