Top Harbor Island Hotel Reviews

The Paramount Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great hotel and walking distance from many attractions and stores. Paid open parking across the street which was convenient. Very clean all around. "

Executive Hotel Pacific
2/10 Terrible
"I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service during my stay. The hotel itself is decent, the lobby area above the check-in desk is nice, and while the rooms are small, they have the basics you need. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by serious issues in the room and how they were handled.
When I arrived, my room was unbearably hot. I read the note by the window explaining the hotel’s seasonal heating/AC plan, which advised opening the window. However, when I tried to do so, I discovered the window was broken. It suddenly slammed shut and nearly severed two of my fingertips. It was both dangerous and painful.
I went downstairs to explain the situation. A staff member came up to inspect the room and agreed that it was extremely hot and had a disgusting smell. He said he would return with a solution, but instead came back with two spray bottles and began spraying strong scents all over the room, on the walls and in every corner. I expressed concern, especially since the window couldn’t properly open, but by then it was already done.
He then used a bath towel to prop the window open about five inches. I asked if I could please be moved to another room, but was told the hotel was full. I asked repeatedly for any alternative solution and was told, verbatim, “I will go down and see what I can do for you.” I also requested to speak with a manager or owner, but that request was not accommodated.
He left and said he would be right back, but never retur"

Coast Seattle Downtown Hotel by APA
6/10 Okay
"The room, bed and bathroom were nice for what I needed, which was just a place to sleep and shower. The TV is old and I couldn’t connect to Netflix or anything which was disappointing. No microwave in the room. The walls are extremely thin. I could hear the people in the rooms next to me talking and having conversations, this woke me up at night often. The elevators were awful to be honest. Everyone was constantly waiting for an elevator because of how long they took. One day me and some other people took the stairs to the ground level from floor 22 because we didn’t want to wait any longer. It was an issue my entire stay (4 nights). I wouldn’t want to pay to stay here again.
I will say the housekeeping and doormen downstairs were very nice. The area outside the hotel is clean and walkable, about 10-15 minutes from the waterfront. As a woman I felt safe walking by myself in the area."

The Belltown Inn
10/10 Excellent
"I always love coming to the Belltown Inn! My Fiance and I have never had a bad experience. It looks like the area has been cleaned up a bit and feels a lot safer than a couple years ago! The staff are super friendly and the amenities they offer are great at the price point for the room! The coffee in the morning is borderline addicting so good! "
