"Very good location that offers plenty of shopping, dining options. The hotel and the rooms are luxurious and the service is great. One of the downside was that non-smoking floors still smells like cigarette with ash treys at the elevator hall. Also the swimming pool is not serviced by the hotel and other residents of the building can use it. Swimming cap was also required which the hotel did not inform us."

"Very very perfect experience and good memories during the stay in Ritz-Carlton, Harbin. My top recommendation hotel is here if you want visit Harbin while expects very good quality. Guest Experience Manager Mr Chand did a fabulous job, after my request was sent before my stay, the prompt response was received and comfortable arrangement was offered.
