"Yessir and Khalid were very attentive with an issue I had with the tv and quickly got it taken cared of. Yessir answered all of the questions I had as this was my first trip to Marrakech. Khalid is his concierge/valet and was a very big help with my suitcases and housekeeping concerns. I cleaned my own apartment but Khalid changed out my trash and assisted with other issues. "We cannot say enough good things about this Riad. The Riad is super clean and beautifully furnished. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The Riad breakfast is tasty and filling. We also ate dinner at the Riad one evening and it was delicious and reasonably priced. The pool is refreshing, especially in the summer heat. We also appreciated that the Riad arranged a late night pickup for us and had a staff member walk out to meet us at the Medina entrance at about 1:00 am. We would definitely stay again. "

"We had such a lovely stay at Oberoi! Staff are exceptional, the kids club is amazing, the restaurants have such nice meals and the swimming pools were amazing. I will be definitely coming back. I never went to a place that I slept so soundly, ate so well, swam, relaxed and worked out. The hamam bath was the best ever!"

"Extremely charming hotel, very well furnished and decorated.The 3 floors are a continuos discovery of nice corners Super warm welcome from the staff, with bottomless maroccan tea and sweet almonds. Plenty of clarification were given to us, from city "MUST SEE" spots to negotiation techniques. light and customisable breakfast was served on the stunnig terrace at 3rd floor. Room and bathroom were super clean and bed extremely"

"Beautiful 5 star property. All staff were amazing especially Sarah who checked us in the hotel efficiently. Sarah was amazing and helped us check in at 12:00 when our check in was supposed to be at 15:00. All facilities were amazing including pools , rooms and breakfast buffet . So much variety for everyone to choose from . Will definitely be coming back to Marrakech just for Savoy Le Grande Hotel !"
