"I have been to Liberia many times and stayed in many different hotels on my visits. This hotel being fairly new it seems was very clean. The room service each day was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. For the work that I do when I’m here it’s located in a good place and I’m sure I’ll be returning on my next visit. "

"Everything was very good at this hotel, except for the reception. They were not ready for us. They first said that they had to call Hotels.com and confirm the reservation, even after I showed them a copy of my receipt. Then, they had not cleaned our rooms. It took them 1 1/2 hours to get our rooms ready. This was unacceptable. I had previously stayed at this hotel six other times and it had always been very good. But, not this time. The hotel does need some major refreshing, painting, cleaning, etc. The bright side was that the breakfast was outstanding!"
