"We really enjoyed the stay that was truly a calming one. It was exactly as per the pictures, clean and with a great view from our room! Staff were also friendly and kind, despite a slight language barrier as we did not speak much korean. There are cafes and eateries in walking distance too. "객실내부 청소상태는 좋았고 침구류 및 가구도 깔끔했습니다 호텔같지 않고 아파트같은 분위기?? 욕실마감재도 고급스러운 분위기가 있었어요 발코니의 자쿠지는 생각보다 너무 좋았고요 스파기능이 좋았어요 다만 유리난간의 청소상태가 너무 않좋았고 세탁기와 인덕션 사용이 안되는건 아쉬웠습니다. 편의시설이 편의점 한곳인건 개선이 시급한부분같고 옥상수영장도 운영이 안되고 식당도 없고… 지금 호텔영업을 하는게 맞나?? 하는 생각이 드네요 내년에는 개선된 모습을 기대해 봅니다"

"편의성 부족.해변 근처 숙소인데 수영복 하나 말릴 곳이 없음.옷걸이 딱 2개.짐 올려놓을 곳도 없어서 바닥에 너저분하게 놓고 지냈음.샤워 부스 옆 어메너티 올려놓을 공간도 없음.예쁘긴한데 예쁘기만 함.위치는 좋지만 주변이 다 유흥가여서 가족단위 비추천.연인끼리 1박2일 정도가 딱 적당.주변 식당 많은 것은 편리하나 밤에는 정말 심하게 환락가 분위기여서 불편했음.침구에 핏자국이 있어 하룻밤은 이불없이 수건 덮고 잠.(밤 12시 이후 카운터 연락 불가)매우 불쾌했음에도 사장님 사과는 매우 형식적이었음.재방문 의사 없음."

"We had booked two rooms for our family of 5. As of a stay of 3 nights, you get cleaning of the room. All other days you received fresh towels and complementary water bottles, which we considered a great service. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is located close to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores. Free parking is included and is handled really smooth through license plate recognition so you can easily re-enter the parking lot. Great experience!"

"Great swimming pool, location, and excellent communication and customer service. We booked one room through Expedia and another through another provider since Expedia didn’t have a price for 3 people room and we were a group of 5. The hotel arranged the rooms close by as we requested so it was easy and convenient stay. Restaurants and convenient stores are close. Nacksansa is in walkable distance and Nacksan beach is right across the street. We had great time staying 2 nights at this hotel. Definitely going back."
