"I scheduled our stay at this resort at the tail end of our trip to China to relax after so many days of hiking and touring around. I've never felt as relaxed at a resort/hotel in my life. To start, the villas at this location are like mini-castles in that they are all walled off to the rest of the area and you never have to encounter or hear anyone else. "First of all, the check in process was very slow, I do under stand it’s the holiday in China, but I moved from another hotel to this one but the first hotel I was at, the check in process were much faster. Then the front desk could found my payment information and kept telling me that I didn’t pay when I was in a hurry to catch a flight 😑. Last was the breakfast buffet, very limited selection for the price. "
