"Fantastic place to stay. Out of three hotels we stayed at in Kathmandu, we liked this one the best by far - great location, very clean yet quiet and superb staff.
If we are ever back in Kathmandu, will stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Kumari Hotel! The location is perfect — right in the center of Thamel, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and all amenities. The entire team, from reception to the kitchen and housekeeping, is top-notch — friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The hotel is spotless, safe, and very well maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Kathmandu!"

"Exceptional service with very nice and clean rooms. Prabin and his crew went above and beyond in all aspects of our group of 9 stay. Highly recommend and if I find myself in Kathmandu again, I will definitely stay here again."

"The staff is very friendly and are helpful. The courtyard makes the place and the restaurant has great food. Breakfast was great too with many western and Asian options. The room was average with all that you would need. The only negative was the bathroom. Cracking paint and tub, mould and just looks poor. I am sure some rooms are better. It was clean at least for the most part but it does bring the hotel quality down."

"It's right next to the Durbar, a very convenient location. The staffs were very nice and helpful. We also liked the hotel restaurant. If you want to stay in a building with history, you will enjoy it. "

"Stayed at Aarya from 10/11/2025 - 10/19/2025. A unique visit in the heart of Thamel. The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff was more than accommodating and always with a smile. The variety of foods offered for breakfast was an experience in itself. We were able to walk from the hotel to many popular sites and the location was convenient for tour pickups. We visited during Diwali and the Aarya presented a show of native dances and music. Also, if anyone is debating visiting Nepal after the recent protests, I personally felt safer on the streets of Nepal than the United States."
"Excellent hotel, well located in Thamel, very comfortable and terrific value for money. Bibas and his staff could not have been more helpful during our 8 night stay, going above and beyond by providing me with care and support after I sprained my ankle badly. The Indian breakfast option is delicious and proved to be a huge hit with our party. Would have no hesitation recommending. "
"The staff was very welcoming, helpful and attentive.
The waitstaff at the dining area was excellent! The drinks were made to perfection! Babu was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
This hotel is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants in Thamel.
We would definitely stay here again!"
"It's an amazing place to stay, you can chill on rooftop, they also help you to organise tour around, great local food specially breakfast.
