"The room temp was good. The A/C responded well. The breakfast was not so good. The coffee machine would only dispense hot water. By 8 a.m. most of the food was gone. The sausage that was left was cold. There was cereal but no milk. In the bathroom the tub stopper did not work so the tub would fill up with water when trying to take a shower. The front desk staff was excellent."

"This is a very busy hotel due to its proximity to the VCU campus, but the staff manages to be helpful and very responsive. I will make a special mention of the beds that are super comfortable! I slept like a baby on a cloud :-)"
