"I had a wonderful 3-night stay at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake. The hotel is beautifully located over the lake, offering peaceful views and a relaxing atmosphere away from the busy city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, making the stay feel effortless from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi."

"Super central location in the Old quarter, everything within walking distance and a corner away from all must see landmarks. The room was super spacious and comfortable. Best thing about this stay was definitely the staff! They are very professional and efficient, they helped with all our queries, booked transportation for us and where always so handy. The staff is very friendly and kind and they elevated the experience of staying here, definitely will book again when in Hanoi. "

"First time in Hanoi and we loved our stay at Hotel du Lac Signature! Everything exceeded expectations. This stunningly modern hotel is in the heart of the old quarter, with Dong Xuan Market, Train Street, and tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff make this place shine! Rose, the manager, is incredibly helpful and hooked us up with the best Ha Long Bay cruise - a trip highlight! She is warm and makes guests feel at home. The team members — Broky, Sarah, Lilly, Kendra, Emma annd others — are super helpful, polite, and professional. Great breakfast options and very comfortable rooms. Would totally recommend and stay again! Huge thanks to the wonderful team for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!"
