"The hotel is in the center of the old quarter, walking distance to everywhere, the rooms are very comfortable , hot shower and comfy bed, but what makes this hotel stand out from the others is the staff, if I could give a 15/10 for staff I would from the breakfast staff, especially Ms. Anna at front of house , made our stay very memorable, thank you once again for a amazing stay."

All the staff were fantastic, but a special mention goes to Alex and Linh who were especially helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable with a powerful shower and modern design. We also used the in-house spa which was amazing, definitely worth a visit. Breakfast each morning had a great selection and top-notch service. The hotel restaurant is also a great option if you're looking to have lunch or dinner, with delicious food and excellent service. "

"I had an incredible stay at the InterContinental Hanoi. The hotel is stunning, the food is top-notch, and the service is on another level. What really stood out was how the staff went above and beyond when my luggage did not arrive the night before our departure. They met me at the airport, handled everything with calm professionalism, and made sure i was taken care of until the issue was resolved. Truly world-class service. Every part of my stay — from the beautiful room to the amazing dining and attentive staff — was exceptional. I can’t recommend it enough!"
