Sehr gutes Personal, sehr freundlich. Hatten ein Zimmer im 8. Stock. Toller Ausblick auf den Kanal. Frühstück sehr gut, Zimmer sehr gut. Passte alles.

Ein altes Postgebäude umgebaut zu einem Hotel. Sehr cooler Style und schöne, saubere Einrichtung. Kleines Manko: keine Klimaanlage und im Sommer wird es schnell heiß dort. Man muss also beachten dass man evtl. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen muss. Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet für 18€

I had a wonderful stay at Loftstyle. What immediately set apart this hotel is the staff. Everyone I encountered was super nice, thoughtful and made sure I had a great stay. There are many different types of rooms in this unique hotel and I was happy to get a spacious roommate for me and my friend. From the rooftop where there is a restaurant and a small wading pool, you have a very beautiful view of the city, particularly of the water. It's a 360 view and well worth taking a peek even if you don't eat there. Since I'm vegan I had to walk about 15 minutes to my favorite supermarket or 10 minutes to just a regular one which wasn't bad. There was a tram stop right in the corner but there were some construction so I had to walk a little bit further but nothing too bad. They have a nice gym with nicely maintained equipment and even foam rollers. The reception area is also a bar area but it's nice and chill and not rowdy. I felt like I could relax. Reception was exceptionally professional and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. This was my first time in the city and I look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel.

Modernes Hotel mit modernen Zimmern. Mein Zimmer war mir allerdings zu dunkel gestrichen und möbliert. Etwas mehr Farbe und Helligkeit würde dem Hotel besser stehen - aber vielleicht ist das Konzept ja so. Im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant, welches ich nicht besuchte. Eine Bewertung kann ich daher nicht abgeben. Aufgrund der etwas abgelegenen Lage des Hotels sind alternative Restsurants spärlich.

Zu wenige Ladesäulen, schlechter Service

Es gibt lediglich zwei Ladesäulen. Für die größe von Hotel ist das heutzutage einfach zu wenig. Beim Frühstück wurden die Teller nicht zwischendurch mal abgetragen. Das Buffet sah mehr als geplündert aus.

The hotel is decent. Hall carpet needs cleaning. No air conditioning but was able to be comfortable leaving windows open and using fans. One particular hotel clerk made the trip most enjoyable. He was very friendly, provided excellent customer service, and is the only reason my review for service isn't 1 star. He deserves 5 stars alone. 2 other clerks (Asian male with glasses and redhead male with glasses) on day shift deserve 0 stars. There were language barriers as i do not speak or read German and the clerk said very little to me. He didn't explain hotel policies or payment details. When I reviewed my hotel receipt, I saw extra fees charged for USD conversion. I asked about it and noted that I had issues understanding the prompts on the payment screens because it is in German. I was told I should have asked and it was German policy. But, how would I know to ask if I don't speak or read German? Also, the clerk saw I was having trouble completing the process because I accidentally canceled the transaction and he had to reset it. Hotel policy should be to inform the customer of all fees and taxes at time of payment and provide translation. I frequented other businesses while in the area and all were upfront about the fees. I complained to the hotel and was offered a free drink at the bar which I didn't use. It isn't about getting free items or a discount. My issue is the hotel should explain pricing and fees to customers and provide better customer service.

Lage des Hotels zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr war Top! Zimmer sind hellhörig und es ist keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern vorhanden was zu unsere Reisezeit (Anfang August) betrifft.
