Convenient location from highway and Hannover fairgrounds- nice dining options nearby. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast buffet with eggs and waffles made to order was awesome.

Zimmer super! Leider kam aus der Regendusche kaum Wasser, somit musste man mit dem kleinen Duschkopf in der Hand duschen! Restaurant leider enttäuschend! Nichts vegetarisch, weil ein Rockkonzert nebenan war!Dafür ein überteuerter Caesar Salat (ohne Hähnchen) und kaum Dressing, kein Brot dazu,was die Größe von einem Beilagensalat hatte! Preise Leistung sehr enttäuschend!

Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen. Es waren zwei sehr gute Übernachtungen. Das Zimmer ist sauber und es steht alles zur Verfügung. Die Rezeption und der Service sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist herausragend und der Pool waren auch gut. Die einzigen zwei Punkte die uns überrascht hatten waren, dass die Nutzung der Sauna extra kostet und der Parkplatz so voll war, dass wir an allen Tagen auf einer Wiese parken mussten. Wir wünschen dem gesamten Team eine schöne Adventszeit und vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen.

Schon am Empfang fühlt man sich Willkommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ist mit Geduld und Aufmerksamkeit immer beim Gast. Der Eingangsbereich ist übersichtlich und einladend gestaltet, genau wie alle Bereiche des Hotels. Unser Zimmer war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit und ließ nichts vermissen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super gutem Frühstück. Perfekte Lage wenn man zur Messe oder in die ZAG Arena will. Wer in die City will, evtl. ein wenig ungünstig gelegen. Aber Hotel kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Super nett und freundlich alle dort!

Das Hotel ist gut eingerichtet, sauber und für Messebesucher zentral gelegen. Für einen Städte-Tripp aber zu weit außerhalb von Hannover. Die Einrichtung ist heil aber eher altmodisch. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist laut und unattraktiv. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ordentlich und schmackhaft. Insgesamt aber zu teuer im Verhältnis zur Leistung. Das Personal an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum und die Reinigungskräfte waren aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dies war unser erster Aufenthalt. Wir können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen, da es nach der ZAG Arena nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß sind. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig,groß und sehr sauber.
