"Coral Lodge really helped put a roof over my head. It appears Expedia let me book for a vacancy that did not exist, and I did not find out until I landed at Coral Lodge. I was very grateful to the owner for finding me a bed for 2 nights at least (I had to go elsewhere) for the other nights. A disaster was narrowly avoided (the town was all booked out) and im grateful to Coral Lodge for trying to help me as much as they could. While I won’t be using Expedia again, I will definitely be staying at Coral Lodge again"

"Once happy hour finished at six the pool bar closed, seemed odd not to stay open to allow people to have another drink - you’d done a great job luring everyone down then the vibe just stopped. Good for thought."

"Kitchen well equipped. Comfy beds. Nice pool. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was noisy, other than this all was perfect ."

"We had a great stay, the pool area is amazing, however be aware the tennis court including basketball ring is locked and access must be booked through reception during reception opening hours. Beds were good and with great aircon and fans. However couches and outside chairs are not particularly comfortable. The front balcony light and one of the back balcony lights were not working. There was a BBQ on the back balcony but no gas bottle. I would not recommend the Beach Shack or the Tavern (which are both within walking distance). A short drive into Port Douglas. Also be careful with parking as our approach angle put the front bumper at risk. Overall great value."

"loved staying at the Sheraton - the hotel is stunning and all the staff were so lovely. Best hotel in Port Douglas. Loved the wild life show and the daintree bar 💕"

"Palm Cove is a great location and the hotel was across a fairly quiet road from the main beach, near to a number of very good restaurants / cafes to suit all pockets. The hotel was very clean and the room a good size with good amenities. The furnishings were a little tired but this did not detract from the overall comfort of the space. Internet reception on Wi-Fi is very slow due to Palm Cove’s location. Overall I would recommend the hotel for a stay."
