"You cannot compare hostels run by the Israel Youth Hostels Association in Israel to general hostels. Private rooms with space for large families, clean dining facilities, etc. Really, the experience is a great one, especially when you're doing various roadtrips and hikes around the country. "You will not believe this place. It’s like being in a movie. The old city is magical and this hotel is the perfect combination. And the stuff was super nice and prepared a great breakfast. You will definitely enjoy this hotel. I regret not staying longer."

"This place is magical! We had our own private pool, hot tub, and gorgeous apartment. We even had a private yard with a BBQ and picnic area. We cannot recommend it highly enough. You must go!! "

"We were within easy walking distance of shops, the water, and historical sites. Very friendly staff and historic building. Would stay again!"

"The breakfast was amazing."

"Everything great"

"Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. For the adventurous traveller only. "

"Pool was not clean at all - too much dead bees inside as well as in-air trying to reach the pool The property itself was good with good facilities and so private"
